[PT-BR] Ninja+ é o Comitê de Diversidade, Inclusão e Pertencimento do KaBuM!.
A iniciativa nasceu como objetivo de estreitar laços, abrir espaço e ampliar o senso de pertencimento dos Ninjas, apelido dado aos colaboradores da companhia. O projeto também vem com o propósito de auxiliar no engajamento, identificar problemas, ser ponto de apoio e organizar ações sobre D&I dentro da empresa.
[ENG] Ninja+ is KaBuM!'s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee.The initiative was born with the aim of strengthening ties, opening up space and expanding the employees' sense of belonging. The project also engages to assist, identify problems, support and organize actions on DE&I within the company.
A identidade visual foi desenvolvida com o objetivo de transmitir o propósito do Comitê, aliado ao conceito tecnológico do e-commerce, com cores vibrantes e personagens diversos. Também foram desenvolvidos símbolos que funcionam como "caracteres especiais" através de formas que representam inclusão, equidade, diversidade, voz e pertencimento.
[ENG] The visual identity was developed with the aim of conveying the Committee's purpose, combined with the technological concept of the company and bringing vibrant colors and diverse characters. Symbols were also developed, functioning as "special characters" through shapes that represent inclusion, equity, diversity, voice and sense of community.
